Since the management buy-out in 1992, the Thomas Vale Group has grown from a small regional construction company to a major Midlands construction group. This has resulted in an annual turnover exceeding £250 million and an estimated forward workload over the next four to five years is well in excess of £550 million, brought about by the success of Partnership working.
CONSTRUCTION
Through a network of regional offices, our expertise is in new build, refurbishment, fit out and maintenance of facilities with the education, health, commercial, industrial, retail and allied sub-sectors for public and private sector. Specialist divisions also exist within facilities management, restoration and conservation, public realm and renewable technologies and sustainable solutions.
HOUSING REGENERATION & NEW BUILD
We are one of the largest privately owned specialist housing construction companies in the Midlands providing mixed tenure, affordable homes, decent homes and regeneration schemes. We work in partnership with social housing providers and other organisations at the cutting edge of urban regeneration to create sustainable communities.
INFRASTRUCTURE & PUBLIC REALM
We have an ability to undertake a broad range of infrastructure projects encompassing groundworks, civil engineering structures, roads, car parking, pedestrianisation and associated specialist areas such as speed cameras and road signage. Working for major blue chip and public sector clients across the Midlands, South and nationally.
