28/10/09 - New Thomas Vale Office Hits Leamington

Although the Leamington Office has only recently opened, it has already completed works at the University of Warwick for Turner & Townsend. The project was part of a £3million contract which had been broken down into individual projects.

We are confident that Thomas Vale’s team based at the new Leamington Spa office will be of great on-going support and value in building long-term relationships with regional clients.” One of Thomas Vale’s most current projects is a £1.2million extension on the Paddox Primary School in Rugby. On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, the school which originally is on two sites is being brought to one site. The main site, which is being extended at the rear, will comprise of new classrooms for the younger children. Brenda Oakes, Head Teacher of Paddox Primary School, Commented: “As an experienced Headteacher I have run schools while a number of capital building projects have been taking place. Thomas Vale are building a new extension onto our building to allow us to consolidate onto one site. So far they are the best firm that I have worked with. They have made great effort to work in partnership with the school and paid particular attention to good organisation and the safety of all site users.” The new Leamington Spa Office is keeping busy with its pipeline of work worth around £21.5 million. One of which includes the American Fountain in Stratford upon Avon.
