15/05/08 - Thomas Vale Step on Board
Thomas Vale Construction hosted a networking event with a refreshing difference on Thursday 1st May 2008. The event took place on a canal boat that commenced from Brindley Place and continued around Birmingham. The contractors, who have been established in Birmingham since 1869 strongly believe in employing and working in the local area, they currently put staggering £200 million back into to these areas and have an impressive forward workload of half a billion.
Members of Thomas Vale together with 24 guests including representatives from company’s framework partners, Bromford Housing Group, West Mercia Housing Group and Waterloo Housing Association all enjoyed a buffet and drinks from the open bar on board.
“Our evening on the canals proved a great success for ‘all aboard’. It gave both Thomas Vale and our partner clients a chance to celebrate yet another successful year in the housing division, and also a chance to view the ever changing face of Birmingham for which we have all played a substantial role”
