16/06/08 - Success Leads to Framework Contractor
Thomas Vale have recently completed a £6m new build project on Birmingham Business Park, near the NEC. The building was designed and built within the Business Homes ‘standard model’ outline. It consisted of eight separate, two storey office buildings over a six acre site. The 47 week project commenced in March 2007 and was completed on schedule in February 2008.
Business Homes are the market leading developers of small business accommodation in the UK. They provide highly flexible accommodation, all of which are available to buy or rent. They have a wide range of buildings in over 20 locations in the UK at any one time. Business Homes not only develop buildings but they help their customers through the whole occupying process by providing finance, fit out, tailored telecoms and security tailored to meet individual needs.
All units were either let or sold during the construction period in this hugely successful project and it has now assisted Thomas Vale Construction to be formally appointed as Framework Contractor to Business Homes across the Midlands area. Thomas Vale Construction are currently working closely with Business Homes on a number of potential schemes including Chester, Evesham, Kidderminster and Birmingham.
