Southwater Square

Contract Value: £12 million


This scheme is part of a £250 million regeneration programme in Southwater, Telford and consists of 7 retail units, a 3 storey hotel and a 11 screen cinema. The development is expected to create 260 new jobs at the heart of Southwater.

Montpellier Chapter Hotel

Contract Value: £11 million


Extensive demolition, 4 star fir out, modernisation and 3 storey extensive to the existing 4 storey Grade 2 listed hotel. The refurbishment to the 1840’s building includes work to 61 traditional en-suite bedrooms, reception area, bar and restaurant, snug room, board room, offices and drawing room. The guest lift is being refurbished to DDA standards and all staircases are being widened.



Primark, Telford

Contract Value: £2.7million

Construction of a shell only 2 storey extension for Telford Shopping Centre.

Minor demolition of timber frame buildings, construction of major service diversions, CFA pile foundations, steel frame, Sarnafil single ply membrane to roof, insulated cladding and brickwork and power floated concrete floors.

All works were undertaken in a live shopping complex. Access for deliveries and the site team was severely restricted as we shared the car park with the shopping centre, some out of hours work was necessary while we installed underground services and drainage.
