Part of the construction partnership with Birmingham City Council. The project incorporated the refurbishment and fit out of first and second floor office accommodation and now forms part of the Central Administration Building. The two floors were stripped back to their shell, fit out works were carried out to create an open plan office space, 12 meeting/ conference rooms, 3 breakout/ kitchen areas, toilets and baby change rooms. M&E including lighting and air conditioning, installation of a new reception desk with up-lighters, suspended ceilings, soft flooring, partitions, roller window blinds and decorations.
