The offices will be open plan with meetings rooms, high spec break-out/kitchen areas and toilets. Works include strip out, asbestos removal, M&E, ceiling and flooring, energy efficient lighting, partition organisation and redecoration. The offices have a spacious modern design with a DDA compliant coloured strip through the main walkway; this purple and yellow colour scheme is also visible on the glazed partitions on personal offices. Flexible coloured lighting in the kitchen ceiling also creates an aesthetically pleasing feature.
