Montpellier Chapter Hotel

Contract Value: £11 million

The refurbishment to the 1840’s building includes work to 61 traditional en-suite bedrooms, reception area, bar and restaurant, snug room, board room, offices and drawing room. The interiors combine both contemporary and classic features using muted tones and flashes of colours with thick carpets to fill the traditional spaces with their high ceilings and original details. The modern crescent rooms appear to be hewn from stone, with fresh oak flooring and bathrooms incorporated within the open plan space. Bespoke designer furniture has been commissioned for each room including chairs designed by Matthew Hilton.
