Together with the Leicestershire County Council we are transforming and modernising office accommodation provided for council employees and those of partner organisations. The refurbishment will provide more flexible and intensively used office space and enable delivery of net cashable savings worth over £800,000 per year from 2012 onwards. Over 3 years we aim to deliver over 12,000 m2 of office acommodation and provide additional services for council employees.
