Wolverhampton Decent Homes Programme
Contract Value: £150 million
This 4 year programme commenced in April 2007 and involves both Decent Homes and a programme of external/estate upgrading to some 35,000 properties. Thomas Vale Construction following a vigorous selection process were selected to be one of three organisations to undertake the work and over a 6 month period prior to commencing works on site have invested significant time and resources to developing the team, which has proved invaluable and allowed knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.
