Birmingham Construction Partnership comprises Thomas Vale plc working collaboratively with Birmingham Urban Design and two other construction partners to undertake a comprehensive programme of construction maintenance works planned over the next 5-7 years, with an overall value of more than £500 million. The works are across a number of regeneration sectors such as education and housing stock, with a significant proportion being Decent Homes.
The whole ethos of the project from the outset was to exceed the re-thinking Construction and Achieving Excellence Agendas.
