The site, which is immediately adjacent to Thomas Vale’s head office in Stourport was purchased by Thomas Vale and was then sold to our long standing partner Wyre Forest Community Housing Group in order for them to develop 29 new build houses and apartments.
This project is of Timber Frame construction and is designed to achieve a ‘Very Good’ Eco-Homes Rating.
