This development was introduced to Family HA (Birmingham) Ltd in August 2005. We assisted with land negotiations with the private vendor, and tracked the project through the planning process.

Extensive ‘Value Engineering’ was applied to make this social housing project be financially viable. The 24 apartments were built in two blocks of 12 No apartments and all are 2 bedroom. The construction consisted of MMC, a Timber Frame structure with a brick facade.
