Shelton Primary Care LIFT Project
Contract Value: £4.4 million
Regeneration of an inner city brownfield site, adjacent to the Cauldon Canal, to provide a new state of the art Primary Care Centre. The three-storey construction combines three local Doctor’s Surgeries and also provides an integral Pharmacy Facility.
The objective was to provide a modern care centre for the people of Shelton in Stoke on Trent.
