Glebefields NHS Health Centre
Contract Value: £6.5 million
The new two-storey centre will serve 35,000 patients and include health services such as GP practices from the existing Glebefields Practice and the Swanpool Medical Centre, as well as community clinics, dental and foot health services, a GP referral centre and a minor treatment suite along with a pharmacy and opticians. The Scheme is a project between Sandwell Primary Care Trust, Sandwell MBC and LiftCo - a public/private partnership that designs, builds and funds new public infrastructure buildings. The work is part of the Right Care Right Here programme and will be a one-stop-shop for health services.
