Internal adaption’s and extension to the existing single storey healthcare facility known as Elgar Unit, West Wing to create a 12 bed Psychiatric unit within the existing ward accommodation together with 2 new entrance extensions, and associated modifications to the mechanical and electrical services installations and drainage. This facility provides beds for those with extreme mental illness including paranoid schizophrenics, people with drug induced psychosis, manic depression, amongst other items.
