The team have considered the logistical elements of the scheme and have ensured smooth project progression and the prevention of disruption to warehouse activity. Works are taking place almost exclusively out of hours, minimising disruption to the daily operational activities of the public store. Constant liaison with store management and all relevant personnel have assisted the site team in meeting critical deadlines. Through the use of collaborative planning exercises Thomas Vale personnel have formed strong working relationships with the client, professional team and supply chain.
