Refrigeration Schemes
We act as Principal Contractor and manage a full suite of specialist companies, and provide usual Main Contractor attendances to these suppliers. This will usually include craneage, structural steelwork, roofing works, and under floor drainage modifications. Whilst on site with refrigeration schemes, we usually undertake varying amount of ‘refresh’ type work which typically means bringing Delis and Fish departments up to new design standards. These schemes are undertaken on a 24 / 7 basis, on live stores. Programmes can be anything up to 12 weeks depending upon phasing and plant availability. Budget is in the order of £1m and is scope dependant.
