A large scale refurbishment of the first floor and main reception area, the £1.3M Lloyd House project was executed on an occupied site over a 30 week programme period. The scheme has incorporated extensive refurbishment to the first floor office area, in addition to the upgrade of the ground floor reception, waiting area and press room. A new external glazed canopy and frontage have been applied to the reception area. Noise was kept to a minimum and care taken to meet the inherent restrictions of operating in an occupied office area.
