Major Frameworks and Partnerships

Thomas Vale’s approach is tried and tested. Over the past decade, we have worked collaboratively within Frameworks and Partnerships across a number of complimentary sectors. Today, over 80% of our turnover is undertaken through formalised Partnerships with our Clients across diverse sectors of work.

Works will include major construction projects (each with a value of £1.5 million or more) including new schools, sports facilities and care homes as well as extensions and refurbishment projects for existing buildings.

Through the agreement we will be eligible to compete for £40 million of work for the council between 2012 and 2016.
