Thomas Vale has started work on a £8 million project to transform Lancaster House in Oldbury. The 85 week project is the largest project of the Sandwell Decent Homes Partnership (SDHP) to date, a construction framework, made up of Thomas Vale and other contractor partners, tasked with ‘decent homes’ refurbishment of 30,000 homes in Sandwell.

Ten young people from Wolverhampton have secured places on a modern apprentice scheme with Thomas Vale Construction.

Worcestershire based construction group Thomas Vale is pleased to announce record half year results, bucking the trend for many in the sector.The company which originally started in 1869 in Stourport on Severn is today one of the UK’s largest privately owned Construction businesses with an annual turnover of over £200 million, creating employment for over 2500 people on its sites.

Over 80 people gathered together this week to celebrate the opening of Trinity Court a £1.8 million development of 24 apartments in Digbeth, Birmingham. This unique project, constructed by Thomas Vale Construction in partnership with Family Housing Association (Birmingham) and St Basils will provide accommodation close to the city centre and is an initiative to help young people looking to get on the property ladder.
