25/11/08 Thomas Vale start work on £8 million refurbishment in Oldbury

Thomas Vale has started work on a £8 million project to transform Lancaster House in Oldbury. The 85 week project is the largest project of the Sandwell Decent Homes Partnership (SDHP) to date, a construction framework, made up of Thomas Vale and other contractor partners, tasked with ‘decent homes’ refurbishment of 30,000 homes in Sandwell.

05/11/08 £1.8 million scheme to help find homes for young people.

Over 80 people gathered together this week to celebrate the opening of Trinity Court a £1.8 million development of 24 apartments in Digbeth, Birmingham. This unique project, constructed by Thomas Vale Construction in partnership with Family Housing Association (Birmingham) and St Basils will provide accommodation close to the city centre and is an initiative to help young people looking to get on the property ladder.
