2008 has seen Thomas Vale Construction take on an impressive 150 new employees. The business today employs directly over 830 employees who are professional and exceptionally well trained.

Since receiving Investors in People accreditation in 1998, 100% of employees receive personal development reviews every 12 months to ensure their focus is maintained across the business resulting in an average of 5 training days, per employee, during the course of the year.
Between 2006 and 2008 Thomas Vale opted to undertake various anonymous and independent employee surveys as a result of this they were listed in the Sunday Times Best Places to work Top 100 and most recently the Contract Journal Top 5 medium sized Construction companies. Results of these surveys found that 96% of employees are proud to work for the company, 92% feel that Thomas Vale are committed to equal opportunities, 98% understand the ethos, values and vision and 95% feel they are contributing to the success of the business.
