Precision Micro Contract Value: £3million

The project consists of the construction of a new two story office and production area. The site was enclosed on three sides at Fort Dunlop. It is specifically a steel framed build cladded with rubber for the office area.

Work includes a lift, new electrical sockets and deep reinforced pit for the holding of waste fluid produced. It also includes assorted external parking, service yard area and modern landscapes.

Dordon, IM Properties Contract Value: £8.2million

A Design and Build contract comprising approximately of 200,000 sq ft warehouse accommodation, 12m to underside of steel eaves haunch, on one level, together with additional ancillary office accommodation of approximately 20, 000 sq ft on two floors.

External site works include formation of site access roads, hard standings, car parking for 150 cars, hard and soft landscaping, boundary fencing, walls drainage and provision of mains services.
