Basepoint Developments Contract Value: £6million

This development provides a wide range of accommodation designed to suit many types of small businesses. The office accommodation comprises approximately 14,000 sq ft of office space, meeting rooms and break out areas. The workshop areas are 9400 sq ft.

All units are fully serviced with IT and the whole development is run from a management hub on the ground floor of the office building. The development sits within an extensive landscaped site with 96 parking spaces. The building is constructed with a steel frame and has architectural composite cladding panels and facing brick elevations, with aluminium windows and brise soleil.

Sutton New Road, Birmingham Contract Value: £6million

New Build steel framed 4/5 storey office block and associated external works. Thomas Vale Construction are working closely with Urban Design to ensure the £6m project is delivered to the agreed timescales, specifications and budgets.

The Revenue and Payments section of The Resources Directorate will be taking possession of their new four storey building in October of 2007 with around 360+ existing staff relocating into the new facility.

Prime Focus, Birmingham Contract Value: £4.5million

The works comprise the construction of a new 40,000 square ft, three / four storey office block in Bath Row, Attwood Green, Birmingham. The offices have been built to a category ‘A’ standard, including fan coil air conditioning, external services and roads and car parks.

The offices were constructed on a city centre brown field site and form part of the Birmingham Park Central Urban Regeneration scheme. The construction achieved a ‘good’ BREEAM rating and was finished to a high specification.
