Training
Thomas Vale will continue to commit themselves to the retraining and personal development of all our employees and those of our Supply Chain Partners.
The training of all employees and their continuing professional development, is of paramount importance and is undertaken by Thomas Vale Construction via a structured training programme designed to meet our needs and exceed standards set by many of our competitors.
This is co-ordinated through our Training Coordinator, Human Resources Department and In-house Training provider “Forum Training”.
The latter also works with our Supply Chain, Professionals and Clients to ensure cost effective and consistent delivery.
All training is closely audited through auditors including Investors in People Accreditation, which we received in 1998.
In April 2002, Thomas Vale Construction established its own Training Division, Forum Training Ltd, who are working at the forefront of change in the construction sector, to provide practical training and business development solutions and to develop the thinking of our peers and partners, to meet the challenges of our changing and developing industry.
Forum have recently opened a £1 million Centre of Excellence for training at our Stourport Head Office, which was sponsored by 42 local partners to provide training needs for the regions management and workforce alike in the construction sector.
The centre is operated by Forum Training, who co-ordinate the Business Training and Development of candidates.
