Training
Thomas Vale will continue to commit themselves to the retraining and personal development of all our employees and those of our Supply Chain Partners.
The training of all employees and their continuing professional development, is of paramount importance and is undertaken by Thomas Vale Construction via a structured training programme designed to meet our needs and exceed standards set by many of our competitors.
This is co-ordinated through our Training Coordinator, Human Resources Department and In-house Training provider “Forum Training”.
The latter also works with our Supply Chain, Professionals and Clients to ensure cost effective and consistent delivery. All training is closely audited through auditors including Investors in People Accreditation, which we received in 1998.
