Training and Skills Development
Through our Forum Training Division, we undertake significant training across a diverse range of areas for both our own employees, clients and supply chain partners. On average, each employee has 5 training days per annum and 100% of our directly employed workforce are CSCS Carded.
Investors in People

Since achieveing our IIP Accreditation, we have elected to have independent reviews every 18 months to ensure our focus is maintained across the business.

In 2008/9 100% of employees received Personal Development Reviews and significant strides have been made to implement suggestions made by the employees.

Auditing and Measuring

Between 2006 and 2009, we have opted to undertake various anonymous indepedent employee surveys through independent bodies. Including the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction and Building Magazines Good Employer Guide.

These anonymous audits ensure that our employees are completely honest and open with how we treat, develop and train them
