The Decent Homes Programmes and Community Regeneration is a sector where we are deeply involved in a number of Partnership schemes with Local Authorities and Housing Associations ensuring that residents homes are refurbished in an efficienct yet considerate manner.

Our track record in this sector spans over 100 years and today we are seen as one of the most innovative and forward thinking organisations in the sector with numerous awards to our credit recogising our endeavour in raising standards.

Our strategy is clear - to always work closely with our Clients and Residents and to understand aspirations in respect of service, affordability, sustainability and to tailor our delivery accordingly.

In addition to delivering a range of standard house types, to deliver cost certainty we have also undertaken various schemes complying with EcoHomes Standards which will be a benchmark for future projects.
