IM Properties, Dordon
A Design and Build contract comprising approximately of 200,000 sq ft warehouse accommodation, 12m to underside of steel eaves haunch, on one level, together with additional ancillary office accommodation of approximately 20, 000 sq ft on two floors.
External site works include formation of site access roads, hard standings, car parking for 150 cars, hard and soft landscaping, boundary fencing, walls drainage and provision of mains services.

Basepoint, Bromsgrove
Three storey office building consisting of 61 individual ‘starter units’ & 16 single storey workshops.
This development provides a wide range of accommodation designed to suit many types of small businesses. The office accommodation comprises approximately 14,000 sq ft of office space, meeting rooms and break out areas. The workshop areas are 9400 sq ft.
All units are fully serviced with IT and the whole development is run from a management hub on the ground floor of the office building. The development sits within an extensive landscaped site with 96 parking spaces. The building is constructed with a steel frame and has architectural composite cladding panels and facing brick elevations, with aluminium windows and brise soleil.

Sutton New Road, Birmingham
New Build steel framed 4/5 storey office block and associated external works. Thomas Vale Construction are working closely with Urban Design to ensure the £6m project is delivered to the agreed timescales, specifications and budgets.
The Revenue and Payments section of The Resources Directorate will be taking possession of their new four storey building in October of 2007 with around 360+ existing staff relocating into the new facility.

Lichfield South Offices
Thomas Vale has successfully completed the construction of three high quality office blocks for our Client, Lingfield plc who we worked very closely with.
The three buildings are to a very high specification and consist of a steel frame, precast concrete floors and staircases, built up steel cladded roof with curved features to the eaves, a number of high quality vertical cladding details, including brickwork, render, curtain walling, composite windows and screens and a feature terracotta stack bonded clay brick panel.
The working relationship which was established between Thomas Vale, our Client and the Tenants was instrumental in all of buildings being let so quickly.
