The training of all employees and their continuing professional development, is of paramount importance and is undertaken by Thomas Vale Construction via a structured training programme designed to meet our needs and exceed standards set by many of our competitors. This is co-ordinated through our Training Coordinator, Human Resources Department and In-house Training provider “Forum Training”.
