Our Corporate Social Responsibility Steering Group is headed up by Tony Hyde, Group Managing Director alongside a team of Senior Management from across the business.


As a business, it is critical that we ensure top-down commitment to areas which affect our internal and external stakeholders on a day to day basis. Our Senior Management Teams represent separate areas of the business which are core to its functionality.

Tony Hyde

Group Managing Director
Over-arching responsiblity and personal commitment for the CSR Strategy development and implementation in to the business, ensuring that Health, Safety & Welfare resides at the top of the agenda.

Bill Munn

Best Practice Director
Alongside Tony, Bill leads on Environmental, Health Safety & Welfare, Human Resources and Recruitment and the companys social standing.

Simon Millward

Group Health, Safety & Welfare Manager
Direct responsibility for the processes, procedures and reporting of Health, Safety & Welfare across the Group of Companies.

Carol Appleton

Training and Client Recruitment Manager
Responsibility for the Trainee, Under-graduates for Professional & Technical, Post-Graduates and Client Recruitment Training Programmes, including budget allocation and direct liaison with Construction Skills CITB.

Aimee Hyde

Head of Public Relationship Management
Responsibility for the positive positioning of the company, brand awareness, communications to internal and external stakeholders, strategic development and the over-arching CSR strategy of the business for community engagement.

Sarah Morgan

Customer Care Associate Director

Responsibility for the customer care strategy within the business, key account management with Clients, development and implementation of the company's tenant & education liaison process to include curriculum engagement and the management and co-ordination of the Considerate Constructors Scheme initiative which operates across the business.

Matt Wisdom

Environmental Manager
Responsibility for overseeing the companys approach and ISO14001 management of the Environmental Management System, also includes legislative training, management updates and monitoring of waste and carbon footprint.
