Our strategy is managed by a CSR Steering Group made up of Executive Directors and Managers from working groups in Human Resources, Equal Opportunties, Health, Safety & Welfare, Community Liasion and Customer Care, Training, Best Practise and Operations, with auditable processes which are embedded into our business.
